Cassidy was my attorney and did an excellent job communicating, following up, and helping me get my case resolved. She knows what she’s doing, and I appreciated that she gave me the space to express myself and share my concerns. Kate was helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them because they’ll fight for you, and probably win too. Hope I never need their service again, but grateful to have had a professional team .

I was very fortunate to have Alex on my side the whole team was very helpful. Every lawyer I went to was intimidated by Johnson county except for Alex. Even when they came at me with some outrageous offers she would tell me to let her work and I would be okay. Sure enough I was able to keep my freedom and she was able to take prison time off the table. My kids are so thankful for her and so am I! Can’t imagine what would’ve happened had I chose someone else

As someone who has never had an accident, I didn’t know where to start. They guided me through the process from beginning to end and was able to get an unexpected settlement from it. In February 2026 I found myself in some legal trouble, I was told by one of my family members to contact Varghese Sommersett Lawyers….I am so glad I did!!!!! From the moment I reached out someone responded very quickly and took care of everything. Alex Thornton treated me as if the outcome was important to my life, Alex or Rachel were always quick to respond to any of my messages (and I did send a number of them) they made sure to contact me by phone when I asked to go over any questions or concerns I had. During the proceedings Alex always explained what was going on and the options I had available. She is the only reason I was given a favorable result in my case that has definitely had a positive impact on my life…..I cannot say enough how thankful I am and I cannot say enough how highly I recommend Varghese Sommersett Lawyers!!!!!
