Stopped by The Tire Store to have my tires rebalanced after another shop completely botched the job (stacked new weights on top of old ones 🙄). After reading the great reviews, I gave them a shot—and they absolutely delivered.
I explained the issue, handed over the keys, and within minutes a tech had my truck pulled back and was already working on it. When I say fast, I mean efficiently fast—no BS, no letting the vehicle sit around like most shops do. I was checked out and on my way in under 20–30 minutes.
Drove down the road and immediately knew everything was right again—truck drives like a dream. Super happy with the service, pricing, and overall experience. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with coffee and water available, and even the restroom was spotless (which is rare for tire shops).
This place is clearly well-run. I’ll be bringing all my future tire business here and recommending them to friends without hesitation.
UPDATE (Second Visit):
I came back yesterday with another vehicle that needed new tires, mount & balance, a wheel alignment, and an inspection—and this visit confirmed everything I said before.
When I say these guys are organized and efficient, I mean it. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I actually timed the visit, and from start to finish everything was completed in about 1.5 hours. That’s unheard of. Most shops would take that long just to mount and balance tires alone, not to mention everything else.
What really stood out was how smoothly everything operates. I sat and watched the workflow—there’s zero downtime. As soon as one tech finishes a step, the vehicle is immediately moved, the service manager steps in, directs the next step, and it rolls straight into the next bay. It’s constant movement, no wasted time, no confusion—just efficient, coordinated work.
And it’s not just fast—it’s done right. The alignment was spot on. The vehicle tracks perfectly straight, and the steering wheel is centered (something another shop couldn’t even get right and tried to blame on the wheels—yeah, no).
I’ve been to plenty of shops around the metroplex, and most of them are painfully slow. This place is the complete opposite—fast, professional, and high-quality work every time.
After two visits, I can confidently say this is my go-to shop for anything tire-related. Highly recommend. Prices are great as well! Keep up the great work guys, what y'all got going is awesome!

This is the 2nd time I walked into the Tire Store Service Center. Both times, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The gentleman at the desk is very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Very customer service oriented, and I appreciate that. Both times were tired related issues. I was given my quote, handed over my keys and waited for a maximum of 20 minutes. Very quick and efficient service. I will recommend the Tire Store Service Center to everyone. The tire prices cannot be beat. It’s 5 stars for me!

Awesome service. They found where the Freon was leaking from the A/C and quickly repaired it. Professional, courteous and excellent customer service. We have purchased tires and had it aligned here before, but this was the first time we used them for A/C repair and they did a fabulous job. - Anne

I decided to go based on the reviews, and I’m telling you that it was the best decision ever. The staff was very friendly and professional. I went for 4 tire installation and balance, price was super fair and service extremely fast, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Congrats guys! Y’all have an incredible business; you just got yourself a lifetime customer.
