Great pricing on Bradford White hot water heater. Technicians (Casey & Gage) arrived on time. Excellent install and techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed all my questions and suggestions. Very courteous & polite. Will differently use Smith and Son Plumbing again.

The plumbers did a decent job overall, but the service felt very overpriced for the work performed. The shower valve wasn’t sealed completely like it was before, and the tiles in the front beneath the shower head are damaged, exposing the area around the valve. The cleanup also felt a bit rushed. The team was polite and finished the job, but based on the overall experience and cost, I don’t think I’d use this company again in the future.

Excellent work. I was very impressed. I can honestly say it turned out and looked much better than I had expected. The photo by the green lid is what it did look like and the other photo shows what it looked like after. I am very happy with the work that was done and I highly recommend this business and these technicians.
