I’ve had the best experiences at Healthy Smiles 4 Kids. They have the friendliest staff. Their concerns for your child is the best I’ve received at any other dental office I’ve attended. They do not hold you long for no reason. It is always a short wait time and soon as you get to the back they gather their equipment and get to work. I love them and I’ve only visit them about 3 times for work they needed to do on my child’s mouth.

Overall our experience was good. They actually was able to clean my sons teeth(he hates sitting still) The office was clean. The lobby was nice and had games and toys to keep the kids occupied. My only downfall is it takes a while for the main the dentist to come look at your teeth once done.

I was supposed to bring my son in for a new patient visit. He is two and is having issues with a tooth. They called me about an hour before my appointment saying their system was down "worldwide" so they will have to call back when back up. That was a week ago. No call. Nothing. They had our number to call when their system was done but not when it was back up? Don't waste your time.

I have been taking my kids here for years. Tried one of the new dentists recently. He's not good with toddlers. Especially ones who are scared. Took my 14 yr old for his fillings they said he needed. On our way to the appointment they called to ask why I was bringing him bc apparently my son's file was no longer in their system. So we get there. Waited 45 minutes to see dentist. He asks me if I could tell him what he told me at the original appointment about his findings. I told him you should have those in your notes. I'm not sure what was going on but it made me comfortable. Then..... the tech that was helping him moved a laptop on top of the dental tools they were planning to use on my child. We ended up leaving and not recieving any treatment. I'm so disappointed.

I would give zero stars if possible. This office took my children’s records and merged them with someone else’s without asking me. When I figured it out and told them they said they changed it but they actually didn’t. Then when I call to schedule an appointment they don’t mention that I need to change providers as the office provider changed. They claimed to notify me of the change but they were calling the other person the whole time. This office has done this multiple times and we can’t change dentists due to insurance.
