I came across this chiropractic office when my boyfriend was dealing with severe back pain that had been bothering him for quite some time. About a week ago, his pain became so intense that he could barely get up, so I quickly searched Google and found this place. We are so thankful we did!
From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Prince is amazing! She took the time to listen to my boyfriend’s concerns, explained everything clearly, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her kindness and expertise truly stood out.
After just a few visits, my boyfriend has already noticed a significant improvement and is able to move around much more comfortably. We have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr. Prince and her team to anyone looking for compassionate care and effective treatment. We can’t wait to see the end results of his treatment and are excited about his continued progress. Thank you for helping him get back on his feet! 😊

After being told there wasn’t much that could be done for a dislocated rib and being in some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced, I came to Saginaw Chiropractor hoping for relief. At the time, I could barely get out of bed. Within the first month of treatment, I had already progressed further than I expected to by the end of care, and I still had more treatment ahead.
Their team took the time to do X-rays, identify underlying alignment issues, and build a treatment plan that actually helped me recover and get moving again. I especially want to thank Dr. Prince and Desiree for the adjustments, rehab exercises, and encouragement that helped me get back into working out again sooner than I thought possible.
I also really appreciate how flexible and accommodating the staff has been with my busy schedule. Everyone there has been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Thank you all for the care and support.

We absolutely love Dr. Courtney! She listens to everything you say and then has a solution to help with it all! My oldest son is also seeing her and we plan on bringing my husband and youngest son here as well! We highly recommend Saginaw Chiropractic & Rehab!

Courtney Prince is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I came in with chronic pain in my left leg that had lasted four months, along with numbness in my chest and tingling down my arm. After just two visits, my symptoms were completely resolved. As an added bonus, correcting my tilted pelvis even eliminated the constipation I had been dealing with. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received.

Came here for severe pain in my shoulder and arm. They put together a comprehensive plan that is working! I have almost no pain left in my shoulder/arm! Definitely recommend as they are very kind and compassionate and very thorough.
