As the owner of an in-home care agency serving seniors throughout Johnson and Tarrant Counties, I often step in to help resolve unexpected situations for my clients, with their permission.
This past weekend, we experienced both an HVAC and a plumbing issue at a client’s home. I cannot say enough good things about the Lightfoot team! They understood the urgency, made our senior client a priority, and responded quickly, even over the weekend.
From start to finish, they were professional, dependable, and courteous. They resolved the issues promptly, and their pricing was very reasonable.
When you care for seniors, having reliable businesses you can count on means everything. A huge shout-out to the Lightfoot team for going above and beyond! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use their services again!

JR came out and was extremely straight forward when diagnosing the A/C. He did not turn the repair into a 1 hour sales pitch on a new unit. In and out in less than 1 hour. Was willing to explain the tests that he was doing and the results that he got. Gave recommendations that didn’t make my wallet panic. Highly recommend him.

I called Lightfoot and they came out for a $140 trip charge, plus $155 to fix the light that fell down. Then, for another $140 I chose to have the one over my wife's sink looked at and replaced. Good thing I did because the blue plastic insert into the wall that held the light fixture had already started to crack. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

Update12/29-31/25: I had Lightfoot come back and give me an estimate to replace these LG pieces of junk. The estimate and financing were easy, and within a week the team was here to install! Eldon and Wes are top notch, being an engineer I am very inquisitive they answered all my questions and showed me everything they were doing. They completely replaced all the duct work in the attic and were very clean and thorough!! I would use them again and recommend Lightfoot to my friends and family!!!
I appreciate being available on a saturday and the tech was super friendly and apologetic for being a little later due to weather

AC started failing on Saturday and failed on Sunday. I called Lightfoot on a Sunday and they were open. The gentleman I talked to was courteous and helpful, explained the service call fees and I made the decision to have them come out on Monday. I was given a time between 12-6, and the technician arrived shortly after 12. After a quick diagnosis he asked again if the filter had been changed recently and I assured him it had (verified by my wife). He pulls the filter out and it was filthy. The AC numbers immediately returned to normal and started blowing cold air. He ran some more tests and all was good except for capacitor which was on its way to going bad. He quickly replaced that and all has been great. I give them 5 stars for being open on Sunday, in the 6 hour window, showing up on the early side of that window and his attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism.
