Lightfoot and their install team are amazing. Full 2 system replacement in a day. The crew were so awesome and efficient. Very nice to hang with them all day during the install. Lance put us on the right track picking the right system and everything has been perfect. New customer for life

Lightfoot has had my HVAC biz for quite a few years and the service has always been fast and professional. Zach was my service tech this time and did a very fine job of not only fixing the problem, but communicating in layman's terms what had happened and what the fix was. Also, coached me in what I need to do for ongoing maintenance to mitigate future issues. Dane (service mgr) was excellent on the back end, following up and providing additional answers quickly. Good job guys.

JR came out and was extremely straight forward when diagnosing the A/C. He did not turn the repair into a 1 hour sales pitch on a new unit. In and out in less than 1 hour. Was willing to explain the tests that he was doing and the results that he got. Gave recommendations that didn’t make my wallet panic. Highly recommend him.

Update12/29-31/25: I had Lightfoot come back and give me an estimate to replace these LG pieces of junk. The estimate and financing were easy, and within a week the team was here to install! Eldon and Wes are top notch, being an engineer I am very inquisitive they answered all my questions and showed me everything they were doing. They completely replaced all the duct work in the attic and were very clean and thorough!! I would use them again and recommend Lightfoot to my friends and family!!!
I appreciate being available on a saturday and the tech was super friendly and apologetic for being a little later due to weather

Great service. Friendly technician. But way overpriced. Manager was supposed to call me to discuss the details of the price. I have yet to hear from anyone.
