Our new gates look amazing and are more sturdy than the ones built with our home! We are so happy with them and the team was so great while they were here. We recently used Lifetime Fence for a project on our home and the final result is beautiful! I met with several fence companies and they were by the far best in regards to the quality of work, professionalism and communication. I had a driveway gate installed by this company 10-12 years ago. About 4-5 years after installation I requesting a service from them. After over a month of them not contacting me back, and me contacting them multiple times, I filed a compliant with the BBB and finally got a response from Life time Fence. After they responded they asked me to change my complaint with the BBB, or say it was resolved, prior to fixing my issue. Now I have a gate hinge pin that sheared in half and I called 1 week ago, spoke with someone, and have not heard back since then. It sounds like many people like this company but my experience with them has been poor. I am not satisfied with the products that they sale, the quality of work, and most of all their customer service. I will never use this company again and would advise caution.
