Erik was great! Professional and skilled. Definitely not even close to a DIY job, glad I didn’t even try. There was a leak near the shut off valve where the supply enters the house and it was so bad the town emailed me and then stopped by! A joint was leaking from a triple manifold. Involved digging, more digging, shrubbery murder, etc. Six hours in the hot Texas sun. The bill was in excess of my biweekly week paycheck, but I can’t blame them for inflation. This is the second time I’ve used Lex’s and would call them again if I needed to.

I was extremely disappointed after reading such great reviews on this company. ‘Our goal is to provide top quality service at affordable prices’ - not the case this time. I had them come out to fix a loose shower handle. Although hesitant to have a plumber out, we just have not had the time to attempt to repair this ourselves. I called and scheduled after being told it would $85 trip fee plus the cost of the repair. Never imagined they would quote me $300 to diagnose plus the trip fee. For a loose handle! Beware as they do not disclose this at the time of scheduling and I even asked! Instead of gaining a customer, I was left with such a negative impression.

I must say that Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, and well-mannered. He thoroughly explained everything, provided detailed information, and took pictures for reference. His attention to detail and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated. Lex's Plumbing is definitely the company to call when you need plumbing assistance. I highly recommend them!

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Incredible Service!
I cannot recommend Lex's Plumbing enough! I called them late on a Thursday night regarding a leaking water heater. Because tomorrow is a holiday, it would have cost an additional after-hours/holiday charge for a technician to come out immediately.
Instead of taking advantage of my situation the technician, Jimmie, was completely upfront and honest with me. He actually advised me that the fix could wait until Monday to save me the extra holiday fees especially because the parts needed for the repair wouldn't have been available because of the holiday. Then, he went above and beyond by hopping on a FaceTime call with me to patiently walk me through exactly how to shut off the water to the water heater safely until then.
It is incredibly rare to find a business with this level of integrity, honesty, and true customer care. Jimmie turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and Lex's Plumbing has absolutely earned a customer for life. If you want an honest, professional plumber who genuinely looks out for your best interest, call these guys and ask for Jimmie!

A reliable, friendly services at economical prices. I had a gas leak outside my property, did a little research on the plumbing services and selected Lex's plumbing. I placed a non emergency request for inspection in the after hours. Booking the inspection service was very convenient and their employ (Lionel E.) showed up the very next day in the early hours. He inspected the area, explained my the process of leak detection and its repair. After identifying the leak and getting my consent, he started the work. He kept me informed of the cost as well as the time required to complete it. He coordinated City permit, City inspection steps to get the gas back at my home within the day. The company has very knowledgeable and professional staff. I appreciate courteous and economical services in my area.
