I have used Kelly’s for years. Mainly because we started using them when senior was still running the company. But, not anymore. We had them out to check our system “which was holding at 68 degrees” They told us there was a leak and needed to change the coil unit for $2997.50. $2000 savings because of warranty. But still $ 2997.50 would be our price. I thought that seemed high, but they assured me it was a fair price for part, install and 13 pounds of Freon. We agreed to move forward. When the installers arrived I asked did they recover the Freon in the unit to which they said yes. Now mind you, the unit was cooling just fine. When I asked Kelly’s if the would account for the Freon recover, they refused. Mind you Freon is about $100 a pound. So if they were to recover even 9 or 10 pounds that would a considerable amount of money removed from the quote. No compensation considered. Rip off artists like most home services providers. Proceed with caution! Why is it so hard to find an HVAC company that won’t rip you off?

Brad Kelly and team were more than patient and accommodating while I was having intermittent A/C failure. They answered every one of my calls with courtesy and were able to make an appointment for the next business day each time. And at the end, my A/C was fixed for a very fair price.
