My concern with this firm is the lack of professionalism, tact, and follow-through I experienced with LEE PAYNE, a paralegal. I contacted the firm regarding a potential personal injury case following a semi-truck accident.
During our call, his condescending tone made me feel reprimanded for asking reasonable questions about a process I had never experienced. LEE PAYNE then requested additional information, which I provided, but I never received an acknowledgment, update, or follow-up.
I was ultimately left without even knowing whether the firm intended to accept or decline my case.
I understand that not every case will be accepted, but this is about more than accepting a case. Prospective clients are evaluating a firm from the very first interaction, and experiences like this can cause a firm to lose potential clients before they ever have the opportunity to become clients.
I am asking firm leadership to review how this interaction was handled and hold the appropriate employee accountable for the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through.

Bobby and I were pleased with the professionalism Stoy Law Firm provided.
Excellent time management and open line of communication seemed to be thier ultimate goal.
We can not say the same for Witherite. Who can take a few pointers from Stoy on open communication, time management.
Which left Bobby and I with unsatisfactory results and wondering why they were paid such a large amount.
