Rented a boom trailer it would go up but not come down we called within an hour to let HD know it wasn’t working properly. They said bring it back but couldn’t because it was stuck in the up position. The next day we worked with it and finally we were able to get it to come down very slowly. We took it back and they wanted to charge us for two days and it never worked enough for us to use it. The manager agreed to refund 440.00 which was equal to one day off, we still had to pay a one day rental. Thievery!

If I could give -10 stars I would. They FINALLY sent someone to pick up the pallets of flooring that we have requested FOUR times in the last SIX WEEKS and today the guy says that his lift cannot hold the weight so he can’t pick it up. Why, oh why, oh why wouldn’t you tell the company you have picking up for you the weight of the object? This seems so elementary. I am out of carrots, I am out of sticks. Nothing works dealing with this company. If I could predict they will drag this out 90 days so that we can never get reimbursed for 6k of a bad product.
