We contracted with Hawk Plumbing to re-pipe our entire house with PEX, replacing the 25 year old copper plumbing that started to leak under the slab. We had already received two other quotes and Hawk would be the third and final one for our consideration. Chris Amenta, a journeyman plumber, was the person sent to survey our needs and prepare a quote. His professional demeanor, knowledge of all aspects of re-piping an entire house, in addition to very competitive pricing, made Hawk the clear choice.
The job took 4 days, as quoted, during which time we got to know the install team real well.
Chris, Ryan, and Angel did an extraordinary job. Always arriving on time, always cleaning up after each day, courteous and informative answers to all our questions, sheetrock cuts were small and the total number minimal. Totally organized from start to finish. We highly recommend this family owned business.
Thank you Hawk Plumbing for turning what would normally be a tumultuous time for any family, into a wonderful experience.

We've used Hawk Plumbing twice, in a snippet here's why we like them:
1) Quality of work far superior to others we've used.
2) Pricing better than others when getting quotes, truly reasonable.
3) Jason has been outstanding both times he's been out to our property. He is very clear, detailed on quotes and answered any Qs we've had. He makes sure our property doesn't get damaged and does the job at a very reasonable speed. Second time he brought George with him and they had our leaky spigot replaced and inner/outer wall cleanly repaired within 45 minutes!!! George was also very amiable, clear, and respected us and our house, so I appreciate that.
My husband and I used to renovate houses and Hawk Plumbing has been one of the most pleasurable companies to deal with. From customer service to on site assistance, there hasn't been one employee who seemed incompetent or uncaring. Everyone seems happy to help and knowledgeable. They've inserted a gas line to our kitchen and replaced a leaky spigot. We'd absolutely hire Hawk Plumbing again.

Excellent customer service provided by Chris Amenta, he is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and with great public relations skills. He removed old and installed of my new water heater conscientiously and efficiently. Mr. Amenta is a wonderful representative of Hawk Plumbing Htg & AC

I had previously been using a different AC company but should have been using Hawk the whole time. When the previous company bumped me and couldn't confirm when they could address my issue, I called Hawk. Despite being his day off, Travis came out, found out the issue and got us up and running. Unfortunately, we have two units and overworked the downstairs while the upstairs was out of commission. Not two days later, we called Hawk again and it was time to say goodbye to our 21 year old units. We did a full replace and even got credit for the work done a few days prior. Travis and his installation team were professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. They even included some services like flushing the condensation lines and some other minor maintenance services. Within two days of making the decision to replace both units, we had a nice comfortable house again. Hawk will always be my first call in the future.

Chris, was so polite and professional. I highly recommend this company. They were very prompt and the prices charged were competitive. I wish they serviced a larger area for I’d refer in Dallas as well. Thank you Chris and Hawk Plumbing for a job well done.
