The two technicians, Logan and Les, did a great job. They were respectful, nice, called this old geezer “sir” every time we spoke. They were very helpful and the installation was flawless. I am very pleased with their and the company’s work. I highly recommend Hart HVAC to anyone who needs HVAC HELP. Had a complete replacement of HVAC SYSTEM. John

Robby, Freddie and Josiah, replaced our HVAC. What a mess!!! What a lot of work! They did an excellant job.
They cleaned up, Robby showed me how to use the new thermostat, Josiah swept the garage. What a great team.
The Hart HVAC has been servicing our house for a year since we moved in.
What a good team to depend on.

Logan and Les were phenomenal. They showed up at the time promised, did the work quickly, accurately and professionally. Amanda doing the scheduling went above and beyond for us as well. Overall was a great experience with some great people. Pricing was extremely fair. We will definitely be customers for life.

2/10- update: Robby came out to add additional air return. He and Freddie were clean, polite and efficient. Job was done and they cleaned up after!
William was amazing! He took care of the issue and we have a plan for going forward!

I would like to thank Josh and his upper management team for their professionalism and outstanding customer service throughout this experience. I would also like to recognize Trey, the A/C technician, for his professionalism during the entire process. He was very informative, kept me updated throughout the service, and took the time to acknowledge and understand my frustrations while actively working to help resolve the issues.
Additionally, one of the owners personally took the time to listen to my wife’s and my concerns and made every effort to make things right. That level of care and accountability is ultimately what led to Josh coming out to service my unit. Their communication, responsiveness, and willingness to stand behind their word truly made a difference.
I sincerely appreciate the level of care and commitment they demonstrated in resolving the issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you again for providing such great service and for showing integrity, professionalism, and genuine concern throughout the entire process.
