I've had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Ballard's office. As a new patient they took the time to assess my current condition and then simply inform me and propose solutions.
They take the time to discuss with you what your options are and how best to handle your treatment going forward.
Dr. Polle and his dental assistants were professional and courteous during my first treatment visit.
I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Have been going to them for years and they have always gone over and above all expectations. The staff is awesome and they genuinely are concerned about you leaving the office with best dental experience you would not expect. Dr Dave and his staff are friendly and listen to you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or looking for a change.

6 years ago Dr. Ballard did an implant on my daughter that had to eventually be re-done by another dentist. Because of this, Dr. Ballard and I agreed that the remaining balance in my account would be written off, but now after 6 years they are billing me again and writing me threatening letters so in order to avoid being sued I am being forced to pay them. Whatever you do stay away from this office. Its just not worth the heartache!!!!

Lauren is my dental hygienist. She is a very gentle and easy going hygienist and makes you feel at ease during your appointment. I would highly recommend requesting her for your appointments. She takes the time to explain everything about the appointment and is very concerned if you are uncomfortable with anything. She gets my 5 star recommendation.

They tell you how much something will cost before going ahead and doing it. Even with insurance they tell you how much it’ll be if it’s covered by the insurance. They are very nice. They have a good insurance plan for those uninsured. Care credit is also welcome there so that’s awesome.
