I went C.R. Auto repair to get my Air Conditioner fixed on my 2018 Ford expedition. They said they would give me a quote. The quote was $1800! But we needed it fixed and quickly. We had just moved there and we wanted to support local business. We got the car back and a week later it wasn't cooling it took us a while (another week) and we went by there and they were closed! Now we have spent $1800 for nothing. They had to have know they were closing and could have gone somewhere else that would stand by their work. I they open again or under a new name, I will post and let you know to stay away. They are thieves.

SCAMMER. STAY AWAY. I will post bill and pictures, check them and make your decision. 5 days totally wasted in this. Took the vehicles to replace Knox sensor. 4 hours of labor as they estimated. Took it myself driving. Replace the Knox sensor. But they said they need another part and would fix it next day. Said $200 extra for the parts. I say, “please write it down and I will get it from Toyota and I got what they exactly wrote for only $30. Next day they put the part, they again came back saying it’s leaking so I need another part, I again brought it myself. Exactly what they asked for and Didn’t fixed my issue. And they were saying he would need to bring another part themself again so I say, “don’t worry, I’ll take it to the break plus and get it fixed.” I had to tow my car which I went there driving to get it fixed. Break plus fix it for $320. No parts needed. Now make your decision if you wanna go to this place to break your vehicle. Went driving there, paid $589.53 only to tow it to break plus to fix it after 5 days at shop.

I've had two after taking both my cars to them. The first of that they replaced my battery w/o telling me first then they charged me for it. The second was they replaced bearings (on the LH side) rear of my car and charged me $1000. Although i made the decision to allow them to do it. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. And it already took longer than they said it would and didn't call me when it went over the time they promised. The ladies at the counter were extremely nice. But the (2) instances i reported are why they got 3 stars.

Took my car in less than a year ago to fix some knocking noises. They diagnosed it as the wheel bearings so they replaced them. When I drove off the lot after the work was done I immediately knew something was wrong as there was an extremely loud noise. After this, I specifically requested to make sure an OEM part be used, which they said it was. It was “fixed”, but it is less than a year later I am having to get them replaced again. My new mechanic said that it was not an OEM part used, it was a ProMax part made in China. Please do not take your vehicles here. I have had other problems with them as well but this one made me write a review.

I bought high quality parts online for my Jeep. They said they would install them and now my jeep is making all kinds of noise and they refuse to do anything about it. The people on the phone are so rude its unbelievable. Now I understand why this place is the way it is. This shop died like 30 years ago.
