I had my biannual HVAC inspection today. And I had the privilege of having a new technician today. His name was Arturo. Boy he’s been the best technician I’ve had in a very long time. He was very, very thorough with all three of my systems. He took his time, making sure he inspected everything very thoroughly. And then he even went above and beyond, and came in the house and explained everything to me. And when I had questions he would show me pictures or take me to the unit in question and explain everything to me so I understood it. I cannot recommend Arturo enough. If you are thinking about using PASCHAL for your HVAC inspections, I would recommend recommending requesting Arturo he is exceptional.

Arturo was very knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectations with his service work. He was very pleasant and friendly! We bought the service contract when we had the unit installed a few years ago. It gave us a piece of mind. Would highly recommend Arturo from Paschal to others!

Excellent service from start to finish! The technician was professional, arrived on time, and thoroughly inspected and maintained our air conditioner. He explained everything clearly, made sure the system was running efficiently, and left the area spotless. It’s great knowing our AC is ready to keep us cool. I was having a terrible day on the hottest day of the year when my A/C broke down. I called Paschal around 6:00 p.m., and they had a technician at my house by 8:00 the next morning.
Ulises made a stressful situation quick and painless. He found the problem almost immediately a part had blown on my outdoor unit and had it repaired in no time. The cost was also much more reasonable than I was expecting.
Ulises is an outstanding technician, and the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent.
I will be a Paschal customer for life. Highly recommend!

Oscar was the best.! Checked air conditioner system and calmed my nerves saying I need one service and what to watch out for. He was calm, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend Paschal A/C and heating.
