I visited this dentist at the recommendation of a friend and I’m so glad I did. After several years of neglecting my dental care, I needed four fillings, one crown and had three wisdom teeth to be extracted. My experience over three separate appointments from start to finish was excellent. From the receptionist to the dental nurses to the dentist himself, all of them were super friendly, very professional and hugely knowledgeable. I also did not feel that I was being sold to at any point, which is refreshing. They took care of my dental work impeccably and could not have been nicer. Would thoroughly recommend this practice for anybody who is potentially nervous about visiting the dentist. They also offer excellent financial plans to help with payments.

I had my new patient visit today and it went great. Loved the staff, everyone was very sweet that i met from the front and back office. Martina did my x-rays and was lovely. Vern did my cleaning and was very thorough in explaining everything and very gentle throughout the cleaning process. Dr. Natalie was so nice and also explained things very well. I would highly recommend this amazing team!

Dr. Tello has been the best dentist by far. I went to Ballard Dentistry in Saginaw for the first time this year, he and his staff were so welcoming and amazing. He was understanding of my anxiety. They provided a game plan and worked around my work schedule. Dr. Tello did a great job on all my dental work, he remember me and didnt see me as just another person but as a patient, I would highly recommend and trust Dr. Tello and his staff for all my and my families dental needs.

I have had more dental work than anyone should need in a lifetime, seeing more than 10 dentists in the last 20 yrs. I've had some terrible experiences and some that were tolerable, but Dr. Cara and her associates are absolutely the best and the only pleasant experience I have ever had. They performed a root canal, cleanings, and multiple implants, and I am not easy to work on. This team is not only sweet and professional, but they know their stuff like no others. They have paid attention to my needs, handled the financial part with integrity, and kept me comfortable for every procedure. Great from check-in to follow-up. Without a doubt, 10 out of 10!
