I had another company come out first to diagnose my AC issue, but they pushed a repair that didn't even fix the problem. Frustrated, I decided to get a second opinion and called Air Zone Experts. What a difference! They properly diagnosed the issue and took the time to walk me through all my options without being pushy at all. Given the age of my system, we determined that the most cost-efficient route was to replace the outside unit and the evaporator coil. They clearly explained all the different tiers of equipment so I could make an informed decision.
On installation day, Adrian and his crew were incredibly prompt and explained the entire process to me. Adrian even made it a point to come out before the job started and after it was finished to make sure everything was done correctly. Honest, professional, and reliable—I highly recommend them!

I had been getting the runaround by my home warranty company for days when trying to get my AC fixed. After researching our neighborhood Facebook and seeing their five star Google reviews I decided on Air Zone Experts. They actually answered the phone the first time I called. I explained the situation. Thankfully, they had an opening and came to my house within a couple of hours of our initial discussion.
Adrian explained in detail what was wrong with my system. Based on his feedback, I decided to install a brand new system to minimize issues going forward. Adrian’s crew came the next day and installed it and did a great job. The crew was very professional And also cleaned up their mess, which is hard to find. The following day, Adrian personally came to inspect the system and make sure it was running properly.
I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of Adrian and the Air Zone Experts team. I’m thankful they were to get my new air-conditioning system installed as quickly as they did. My AC stopped working overnight on July 4th. I called Air Zone Experts and they were there first thing in the morning. They quickly fixed it and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Very honest and reliable company. I’ll definitely use them again!
