Flooded my house with water by cutting a hole in the wall not realizing he completely cut the supply line in half, gouged my tub by over tightening the over flow unevenly, tub drain doesn’t work, “didn’t check it when he installed it” and “doesn’t know how to fix” his words not mine, put my valve a hair away from touching my tub spout, even after having a conversation pre work saying to put it higher than normal, I have little kids.
The plumber and his boss said this is my fault, that they cant fix it, then they can but now must charge, and now am making me wait a week till they come back to “discuss” the issues. I just want a working bathroom, that doesn’t look like a clown did the plumbing. But maybe a clown would have been a better choice than this company.
Now I have a bathroom that is unusable. This is not a company to use. BBB, attorney general, and many more agencies to be contacted shortly, then small claims if all else fails. Also this was not by any means an inexpensive company to use, I surely expected way more!

Gosh, another year has flown by, and I was able to schedule my annual electrical check up! I was blessed that JAKE showed up for that service. He showed up late in the afternoon (my specific request.). I was impressed with his energy level, his friendliness AND his professionalism. Jake was AMAZING! He checked my major systems and gave me sincere reassurance. And then, we discussed a LANDSCAPE LIGHTING project I am considering. Jake listened to my preferences, discussed options (he was VERY knowledgeable!), and promised a well thought out estimate. I’m looking forward to making that happen!
ALL of the technicians at Hobson’s A/C, that I have dealt with, have been OUTSTANDING! They are SMART, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXTREMELY well trained, confident, thorough, efficient, and honest! They are ALL just very NICE! I consider ALL OF THEM to be EXPERTS! And not just the technicians! Hobson’s A/C’s phone is answered by a HUMAN PERSON! (And most of them are probably from the great state of Texas!). Seriously, those voices are SO NICE! And they have helped me in a thousand ways! From scheduling, to relaying messages, to the appointment reminders they send, to just being a pleasant voice on the phone, (I’ve had ladies), they are ALL friendly, accurate, efficient and dependable!
I know this review is LONG and maybe a little gushy, but it is TRUE and HEARTFELT! I am SO THANKFUL to have found Hobson’s A/C! They are a well-staffed, stable, established, EXCELLENT Service Company…and they provide A LOT of essential home services! I can actually say I LOVE them!

Zach T came to my home Friday Oct 9th to service our air conditioner. I personally want to thank Zach for doing the maintenance that the last two maintenance personnel did not take care of. However due to to their negligence of my system I feel the 2 hundred I had to pay was their fault. I have had a filter for a year that had not been replaced and have not bought a new since 2025. Zach was personable and pleasant.

I contacted Hobson - Comfort Experts around 11am today, on a day where the streets were icy, and Daniel arrived by 3pm. He diagnosed the issue with the water heater; basically the water heater was shot! He had another water heater delivered, had the old water heater removed, and the new one installed and running by 4:30 PM. Daniel was very professional, and provided all the information that I needed to make a decision on purchasing a new water heater.

Justin was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, introduced himself and his trainee Ben, followed by asking if I had any questions. He explained what he would be doing. As an engineer, I was curious and followed him during the whole procedure. Justin was meticulous in inspecting the equipment, cleaning the equipment and taking photos of all the components associated with the system. He explained where the system needed additional work and recommended system improvements. He was not pushy nor exaggerated the need. He merely explained some options at my request. When cleaning the outside unit, he took care to do a thorough job inside and outside. He left the outside area cleaner than when he started. During the process of checking the electrical, he took time to explain some of the equipment and functions of the system to Ben. It was very informative and helpful to me as well as Ben. It was a pleasure to meet Justin and Ben. I was pleased with the entire time spent together.
