I had my new patient visit today and it went great. Loved the staff, everyone was very sweet that i met from the front and back office. Martina did my x-rays and was lovely. Vern did my cleaning and was very thorough in explaining everything and very gentle throughout the cleaning process. Dr. Natalie was so nice and also explained things very well. I would highly recommend this amazing team!

I had an amazing experience with Ballard Dentistry. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m not going to lie—I don’t like going to the dentist (who does?), but they truly made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The two days I was there, Sara took great care of me. She was professional, empathetic, and always made sure I felt at ease. She walked me through the entire process step by step and even made me laugh during the appointments, which honestly helped a lot.
Dr. Tello ( not Teyo) was also extremely accommodating and explained my results calmly, clearly, and professionally, which I really appreciated. Elizabeth was very helpful with the financial and post-procedure paperwork as well, making everything smooth and easy to understand.
This location is actually very far from where I live, but it was 100% worth the drive. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and helping make my smile even better!

We had a good experience at Ballard Family Dentistry. Everyone was very friendly, and made us feel comfortable. I am happy with my dental hygienist and doctor here! I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I have had more dental work than anyone should need in a lifetime, seeing more than 10 dentists in the last 20 yrs. I've had some terrible experiences and some that were tolerable, but Dr. Cara and her associates are absolutely the best and the only pleasant experience I have ever had. They performed a root canal, cleanings, and multiple implants, and I am not easy to work on. This team is not only sweet and professional, but they know their stuff like no others. They have paid attention to my needs, handled the financial part with integrity, and kept me comfortable for every procedure. Great from check-in to follow-up. Without a doubt, 10 out of 10!

The office can get pretty busy, and the receptionists don’t always seem like morning people, but they’re still very pleasant. I met one of the dentists, and she was incredibly kind. I believe her name was Dr. Wang but I could be wrong.. I’ve also had two different hygienists so far, and both have been wonderfully sweet. I can’t remember the name of my first hygienist, but her room is to the right of the main entrance and then the first door on the left. She was outstanding—completely nonjudgmental and extremely helpful.
My second hygienist was Robin, and she was just as exceptional. I had originally booked my follow‑up with my first hygienist, but due to a scheduling conflict, I had to reschedule and was paired with Robin instead. I went in feeling a bit nervous because I’ve had bad experiences with hygienists in the past, but Robin was so gentle and kind that the entire cleaning actually felt relaxing. Honestly, it was probably the most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
