My family and I have been patients here for 10 years or so. I’d like to say that I will not be going anywhere else for our normal dental needs. From checkups and cleanings, to cavities, crowns & braces… Dr Ong and the staff here are so compassionate and truly care about their patients. They always try their best to get us in ASAP and work with all of our needs and after care needs. They feel more like family than anything else at this point. And I mean that in a good way! We love them!!!!

I would not recommend this dental office. The wait times were consistently unacceptable—there were multiple appointments where I waited over an hour just to be seen by the dentist.
My biggest concern, however, is the billing. After having a deep cleaning years ago, I continued being charged for periodontal maintenance at every cleaning, even though I was never told I had any ongoing periodontal issues and no problems were ever found during my visits. At the same time, I was approved for braces and in-office teeth whitening, which made me question whether the continued periodontal maintenance charges were actually necessary.
The lack of transparency about my treatment and the long wait times have completely eroded my trust in this practice. My family will not be returning.

Staff isn't very kind or friendly. In fact, a couple are rather rude. The big girl especially seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Not very professional. My daughter was happy with the service, just not the staff.
If staff is looking up info and sharing it in responses, that is a violation of HIPPA, and is a fireable offense.

Fantastic service. We came here for my son's root canals. If they weren't so far from us (we live in Euless) I would 100% ditch our current dentist office to come here on a regular basis. They went above and beyond and were so extremely nice to us. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Not having great services. I am expecting to do regular teeth cleaning, after 1 hour 30 mins and was told that because my teeth situation have to do deep cleaning for the bottom teeth which cannot perform on the same date. All I want is just regular cleaning, and the answer I got from the front desk is “No”!!!
