It was super easy to work with Michelle. She prepared an estate plan for both me and my wife. The plan included a Revocable Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Declaration of Guardian, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and Medical Power of Attorney.
She was very thorough in describing the pros and cons of having a trust versus a will, as well as other aspects of our estate plans. She promptly put the estate plans together, and gave us ample time to review everything. Michelle made additional adjustments after we had a follow-up meeting. We are very happy with both her professionalism and the quality of her work. We plan to use her in the coming years as we adjust our estate plans.

In 2020, I was looking for an attorney to help my father update his will and estate plan. Not familiar with attorneys in the area, I selected Michelle after coming across her website, and the fact that she and my father both attended Texas A&M. My search was over. I thought she and my dad would be a good match. She made the whole process a wonderful and very informative experience. I was so impressed with her knowledge, guidance, professionalism, and her kind, patient personality.
Her incredible knowledge of Texas estate law, as well as her ability to explain and educate us in the nuances of estate planning versus probate enabled my father’s heirs to seamlessly transition his estate to his designated beneficiaries without going through probate.
This month, 3 years later, I found myself in need of a refresher course on one of the documents (Revocable Transfer on Death Deed for his house). Again, this many years later, she graciously guided me through everything and answered all my questions. It is the nicest feeling to trust someone so much. She is so easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her clients and only wants the process to go smoothly for them.
