I have had Grant a/c doing my semi annual checks for years! Yesterday they came to check drain cause it didnt appear to be draining correctly. I was then told my drain pan was leaking, the unit was not level and the primary drain was unhooked? The last checkup was 4/16 26 and not one od these issues was brought to my attention? Now they are telling me "we didn't install the unit, maybe drain pan qasnt leaking in April? It is terribly rusted and that didn't happen between April and now? I qas really upset and gut just kept saying " we didnt install unit--that isnt the issue? What am I paying Grant for if it isnt to tell me when there is somethi g that requires being fixed? He told me lots of people wait until there is water leaking thru their ceiling before calling them? OMG! I am paying them every 6 months to insure my unit is working appropriately! This is totally unacceptable!
UPdate: today at promptly 7 am two ee's from Grant a/c came to my home and addressed and fixed all issues that the prior person had mentioned. They did the work in a totally professional manner and in a short timeframe! Thank goodness cause I didnt want them in the attic for long in this heat!
I had spoken with a very professional woman at Grant after I expressed my concerns and she told me they would take care of everything and they did! I am so appreciative of their quick response as I have always known them to be extremely professional! THANKS GRANT A/C FOR HANDLING MY CONCERNS*!

Had an odd request for them - to install a split AC in a workshop. I had already purchased the unit and pre-installed the inside wall unit, and had the outside pad leveled. I needed them to install and prep compressor and get everything connected to the power as supplied. It took a while to get them over because Fort Worth was experiencing a May/June monsoon season, but the minute it dried out they were on the phone asking if I had given up on them. I had not. The technicians arrived faster than promised and were efficient in the final install. I like the fact that they were watching the details - I said I had 220, but they checked anyway. “Trust but verify!” I paid their hourly rate for time used. I found them to be on their game, efficient, great communication and I will have them back for other AC/H needs. First experience went very well.

We have just replaced our two entire 4-ton A/C units inside and outside with new Carrier 454-B systems. Dale the president of the company came out to look at our 35-year-old systems to give me a quote on replacement, he was very knowledgeable. I quoted 4 other AC companies, some Carrier some other brands. There were a few quotes that were marginally cheaper but the equipment either was of a less reputable brand or the company rep that came out knew less about the AC systems than I did. Grant A/C was the best price on the same Carrier system. Grant A/C was able to get me installed within a week of me telling them that we were ready to move forward. They also did not try to upsell their pricing with all the Tariff talks as some of the other company reps were trying to "prepare me for possible price fluctuations." Grant A/C stuck to their quoted price. Troy and his install team were kind, courteous, and clean. We look forward to seeing these systems last for a long time. I would recommend Grant Air Conditioning.

My second time to use Grant Air Conditioning and couldn't be more pleased. My programable thermostat screen went blank and Landon, the technician, came out and began to trouble shoot. He explained the process to me very clearly and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. While he was here, he checked all of my units for a spring checkup and I am ready for the summer. Appreciate their responsiveness and straightforward way of doing business. Hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do.....I'll be calling them.

Grant Air Conditioning does a great job delivering on their promise. When my A/C went out Grant quickly responded to my service request and came out quicker than I anticipated. Grant's service technician was professional and had great communication skills explaining the problem in terms I could understand. I got great service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
